The meditation pod is a specially designed space in a work space which aims to provide employees one calm environment and relaxing for practices meditation and full awareness.
The meditation pod is generally composed of a small enclosed space or capsule equipped with seats comfortable, soothing lighting with our exclusively designed audio console that was made to offer soothing guided meditations. Each track was created by YogaTribes.
The space dedicated to relaxation provides an atmosphere peaceful and soothing in the room. A meditation pod is made up of 4 autonomous capsules that can accommodate up to 4 people at a time. In the headphones, we are carried away by meditations of approximately 10 minutes, each accompanied by soft instrumental music. A meditation pod is always ready for your employees to relax at every moment.
The meditation pod is an effective way to support mental well-being and emotional of employees, this which can ultimately lead increased productivity, better satisfaction work and environment more positive work
